1) First, the bill originates in either the House or the Senate. From there, it is put on a commitee and is organized the way that they want it. There is a debate on the bill and then they vote. Whether it passes or not depends on where it goes next. It can either go back to the committee to do some more work on it if it doesn't pass, or it can pass and be sent over to the other legislative branch. If it passes there, it is sent to the Governor. The Governor can either approve it or veto it. If it is vetoed, however, it can still pass with a 2/3 vote when it is returned to the committee.
2) A committee is a group of people who are assigned a bill and try to make that bill pass to become a law.
3) I think that its great that Senator Noem is apart of Congress and I think that she will do a fenominal job there. She is doing the right thing when it comes to the money that the Governors have. They all have been responsible with it in the past and she is going to have to make some tough decisions but it will be better in the end. Senator Noem is right for this position.
4) I think that what they are doing is right and that the Constitution needs to be read because people need to understand what they are standing for and what some are fighting for. The Constitution is a very very powerful document and I am glad that even some Democrats in the Republican-led House are joining in on this.
5) Personally, I think that is isn't up to the public to help out with what our government is doing with their money. We can't be responsible to pay off the national debt even if it is voluntary. Sure, some people with a lof of money would be glad to help, but it isn't a very realistic thing for the average citizens to be doing. I think that they should find another way, but if there is no alternative, I guess this is the only way, so its something at least.
6) I don't know why there are all of these people under the President that are quitting their jobs or being let off, but I don't think that its a very respectful thing to do. Although some have pointed out that they only wanted the job for only so long, it doesn't seem right that it is going on, but eventually, it has to be done I guess. William Daley is under serious consideration to replace Rouse in the position as chief of staff. I just hope that all of these new officials make good decisions that will benefit our country in the future,
